No. Live tracking runs on the driver's phone through the driver app, so there is no tracker to buy, fit or maintain in each bus. The driver starts the trip and the bus's location streams to the server while that trip runs. There is no GPS hardware integration, so location is only available while the driver app has the trip running.
Only while a trip is running. Parents follow the bus on the transport screen of the app during the morning and evening trips. There is no estimated arrival time and no automatic alert when the bus nears a stop — a parent sees stop updates while the tracking screen is open.

Data import and bus tracking are same-day once you have your routes and a clean CSV of your roll. WhatsApp takes longest, because Meta has to verify your WhatsApp Business account and approve your templates — usually a few working days. All of it happens inside your two free months.
