Case studies

Schools running Campus 24x7, in their own words. Each story says what the rollout got wrong and what we still do not do well, because a case study without those is not worth reading.

This page is for the person who has to make the decision. A principal, a correspondent, or an owner comparing three vendors who all sound the same. Below you will find what the four schools have in common, a side-by-side table of all four deployments, what a rollout actually involves, and the kinds of school we cannot show you yet. Read it and you will know whether we have worked with a school like yours.

The pattern

What these four schools have in common

Less than there was when this page had two schools, and the differences are as useful to you as the similarities.

  • Students490, 450, 500 and 1,000
  • BoardState board, Haryana Board and CBSE
  • LocationTier-2 cities and a rural district
  • PlanFoundation and Growth
  • Went live2026
  • Staff30, 25, 20 and 45

The honest conclusion is the useful one. This is the kind of school Campus 24x7 fits right now: 450 to 1,000 students and 20 to 45 staff, in a tier-2 city or a rural district, with no dedicated IT department. All four start with the same module, our attendance management system, because that is the process that runs every morning. That is not a market position we are claiming. It is a description of the four schools that actually run the software and let us write about it.

So if you run a school of that size in a small city, these four deployments are the closest thing we have to yours, and the problems they hit in week one are probably the problems you will hit. If you run something much larger or very different, say so when you talk to us, and read the section further down on what we cannot show you.

The rollout

What a rollout actually involves

Every school here went through the same four steps, and it is worth knowing what they are before you ask for a demo.

  1. Meetings with the school first

Several of them, before anything is configured. The point is to find out what the school needs, which is not always what the owner asked about in the first call. At World Vidya it surfaced coaches, training schedules and students away at tournaments.

  2. Configuration to match how the school already works

Not the other way round. A school that has to force its real timetable into a template built for a regular day school ends up keeping the real one somewhere else, which defeats the purpose of having one system. At Sri Sankalpa that meant putting drivers on the same notification stream as parents, through school transport management.

  3. In-person training for teachers and administration staff

Not a login emailed to the principal. A school ERP that only one person knows how to operate is a school ERP that gets abandoned by March.

  4. Go-live

Then a fortnight of people asking where things are. Both schools report that week one took some adjusting, and both say it settled.

Say plainly what that means: this is not a self-serve signup. You cannot put in a card and start using it tonight, and we are not trying to build that. All four of these schools went live within weeks of the first meeting, which is a fact about those four rollouts rather than a promise about yours. Ask us for a timeline once we have seen your data.

The gaps

What we do not have case studies for yet

Four schools is four schools. Here is what that leaves out, so you can judge these pages for what they are.

  • No multi-campus deployment

All four of these schools are a single campus. If you run several branches, nothing on these pages shows you how that works.

  • No ICSE school

The boards represented here are State board, Haryana Board, CBSE. If you run an ICSE school, nothing on this page is from one.

  • No school above 1,000 students

The largest of these four has 1,000. Above that you are on a plan these pages do not cover.

  • No college

    These four are all schools.

If your institution is in one of those categories, talk to us anyway. We would rather tell you what we have not evidenced than let you find out after signing. Bring your own data to the demo and judge it on that, not on four schools that may not resemble yours. The modules and plans are set out on our school ERP software in India page if you want the product detail first.

FAQ

Questions principals ask about these four schools

Ask us and we will ask them. Every school here gave written permission to appear, which is not the same as agreeing to take calls from strangers. We will put the request to Naveen Reddy, Isha Rathi or Amit Srivastva and tell you what they say. One of them asked to be represented by the school rather than a named person, so we will pass your request to the office: The Mother's Pride School. We will not hand out a principal's number without asking them first.

All four of these schools went live within weeks of the first meeting. We are not going to turn that into a promise for your school, because the honest answer depends on how clean your student data is and how quickly teachers can be gathered for training. Ask us for a timeline after the first meeting, when we have seen your data.

Yes. There is nothing state-specific in the software, and the schools on this page are spread across Andhra Pradesh, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. What we can say honestly is that we have published case studies from three states, so if yours is not among them, we do not have one to show you yet.

It depends on size, and the schools here are on more than one plan: Sri Sankalpa Concept School on Foundation at 490 students, World Vidya Sports Sainik School on Foundation at 450 students, Lotus Public School on Foundation at 500 students, The Mother's Pride School on Growth at 1,000 students. The plan is set by your student and staff count rather than negotiated, and the figures are published rather than quoted on a call, so you can work out your own cost before you speak to us. See school ERP pricing for the per-student cost on each plan.

Then you are outside what these pages evidence, and you should know that before you read them. The largest school here has 1,000 students. There are plans above that for larger institutions and for features these four do not use, but what we cannot do is point you at a published case study from a school of your size. Talk to us anyway and judge the demo on your own data.

See it with your own data

Bring your class list and fee structure to the demo. Twenty minutes is enough to tell whether it fits how your school already runs.
